| Day 1 The Bible is filled with promises regarding prayer. Each day it is our privilege to e-mail a special promise to you from God’s word. And if we know He is listening when we make our requests, we can be sure that He will give us what we ask for.” — I John 5: 13 -14 (NLT) | Pray Together | We would like to encourage you to spend 5 minutes each day praying with those close to you. Couples who pray together have greater intimacy, better communication, and more stable marriages. But it's not just for couples – any relationship can improve when people pray together. Praying together builds trust and respect, and it creates a bond that withstands the storms of life. On this first day of prayer, spend 5 minutes together thanking God that your belief in Jesus has made it possible for you to bring your requests directly to God. Ask God to help you to commit to praying together for a few minutes everyday. Remember, as you pray according to God's will you can be confident that God will give you what you ask for. | | | | | |
